To develop distributor management training relevant to different markets that could be delivered by internal staff with commercial experience, but no training experience. The training needed to be designed so that non-trainers could deliver a sophisticated workshop, while also taking into account individual market needs.
We selected the most important elements of the client’s distributor playbook and developed a range of case studies based on real market challenges. These became the core of the training design and enabled participants to select cases most relevant to their market to ensure immediate business impact.
