Becci Walker and Steven Peng established Evolve to bring a fresh, vibrant approach to leadership development in Asia Pacific and beyond. Becci and Steven are in the business of cultivating human potential to drive commercial success and personal fulfilment. They bring energy, humour, and optimism to work that is grounded in business acumen, in order to guide and expedite the measurable evolution of leaders and teams. Their experience, strengths, and unique ways of looking at the world complement each other and enliven their approach to client challenges resulting in trust-based collaboration, deeper insights, and enriched offerings.

Becci has an interdisciplinary, multi-faceted commercial background. Across her entire career, an abiding constant has been a deep commitment to developing talent.

Becci has an interdisciplinary, multi-faceted commercial background. Across her entire career, an abiding constant has been a deep commitment to developing talent. She started her career in the Australian insurance industry, leading large teams within IT, business improvement, and operations. In 2010, she moved to Hong Kong and transitioned to training and executive coaching where she continues to use her commercial acumen to help clients achieve tangible results. Becci specialises in developing and coaching leaders across the Asia Pacific region. One of her key interests is enabling leaders to manage the challenges presented by diverse regional or global teams. Another area of interest—conflict in the workplace––led her to study conflict coaching and become a certified mediator.

Her qualifications include an ICF coaching accreditation (ACC), NMAS Mediation Level 1, and a postgraduate degree in Change Management.

Steven Peng

Steven has an international background in leadership development, change management, and marketing.

Steven has an international background in leadership development, change management, and marketing. He has worked with CEOs, MDs, and their teams to deliver engagements such as improving collaboration at Hong Kong’s MTR, accelerating executive development at HSBC, and increasing BU sales capability at Tata Steel. As a leadership coach and consultant, he blends the disciplines of psychology with business skills and strategy to help people become more joyful and successful. His prime focus is also to change limiting beliefs and leverage technical strengths in order to optimise people performance. Clients have included Burberry, LVMH, L’Oréal, Diageo, Coca-Cola, Blackrock, HSBC, Shell, and others.

His qualifications include a diploma in psychotherapy and an MBA from London Business School. He speaks Chinese and Malay.
